This membership is recommended if you do not have any injuries or other limitations Note: The basic membership does not include the Advanced Performance Training (APT) classes. The membership fees to include these classes is $100 per month.

OPEN GYM - WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Depended upon your exercise focus-basic workouts based on the NASM Optimum training model will be available. Coaches will be present to answer questions and demonstrate exercises. Open gym is available during all business hours.
THIRTY DAY TRIAL MEMBERSHIP
The trial membership includes a fitness assessment and strategy session, group fitness classes and one month of facility access. This membership is perfect for anyone who wants to experience all of the services before deciding if personal training or the basic membership would be best to help them attain their fitness goals.
