TESTIMONIALS

First and foremost, the coaches motivate me to keep coming back. They are fun, knowledgeable and passionate.  I also enjoy that the style of workouts allows me to figure out where my issues are and what I need to focus on more to get better.

I love the new space.

I saw my waist for the first time in 2 years!  But, more than that, I actually like my own attitude better.

I finally feel like I've found my gym "home." I feel like good things will come from being a part of this gym.

I came to Peak because I wanted to increase my strength, balance, and overall fitness.

It’s a great atmosphere. I like the openness and overall space of the gym. The instructors are knowledgeable and make sure my form is correct to avoid injury. The other clients are fun and encouraging. Humor always helps a workout. I notice that I am stronger and feel better. I am glad I decided to join.

I’m amazed at how pain-free I have been. The exercises and stretching have already made my hips, hamstrings and back feel better. I have never felt this good after exercising and training. I am impressed with Keith’s knowledge base and attention to the detail of what works for me”

- Dr. Duane Dede, age 54 Professor, Clinical Psychology

Training with Keith really helped to strengthen my core postpartum and has improved my overall fitness. He is kind, encouraging and professional which makes physically challenging training sessions more pleasant.

"I am in my late 60's and have arthritis in both knees. I decided to join my daughter for a training session with Keith. Keith assessed my condition and made immediate modifications to the exercise regime he had planned to accommodate issues with my joints. The routine he designed in real-time was challenging while causing me no residual pain from overstressed joints. Each training built on previously developed skills. I highly recommend Keith for personal training."

UPDATE 3/2023:

Keith's expertise in personal training is what first brought me to Peak. Keith varies our routines to work different muscle groups. The staff pay personal attention to our form and make corrections as needed. My muscles are stronger and my bone density has improved measurably. I'm glad to be a member of Peak!

"Keith is a true motivator. His coaching technique, coupled with his ability to push you towards your goals is unparalleled.  My personal goal of making the Olympic team in 2004 was in part due to his unwavering dedication. His unrelentingpersistence pushed me every day, making me mentally tough in prep for spring training and being able to make it through the long outdoor season. He was responsible for guiding my off season running base training, getting me in shape prior to the games, and giving me confidence in my field that has stayed with me years after."
