MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Sample class at Peak Strength and Fitness. The thorough warm-up prepares the body for the work to come, improves mobility, and strengthens the core. The workouts are full body strength and conditioning work, meant to be performed three times per week. The group setting provides camaraderie and support. The coaches help improve your form so you can strengthen muscles in proper alignment and avoid pain and injury.

Basic (3 classes/week)

This membership is recommended if you do not have any injuries or other limitations. Note: The basic membership does not include the Advanced Performance Training (APT) class.

Gold (4 classes/week)

Platinum (Unlimited)

Includes Advanced Performance Training. Note that this option is not available for new members until they have completed one month Basic Membership and are approved for this option.

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Strategy and evaluation session performed by Dr. Carodine

  • Periodic assessments

  • Unlimited use of the fitness facility and equipment with monthly PT

  • Semi-Private and Individual coaching sessions

  • Individualized programs based on your fitness goals updated every four to six weeks

  • Weekly written workouts routines

  • Participation in accountability program
